msn virus! everybody is blocking me! help!!!! Empty msn virus! everybody is blocking me! help!!!!

everytime i log in a spam virus comes on for msn sending everybody in my contacts a link for this spam virus! is says "dude is this you? haha!" then it shows a link, right when u click the link it makes a fucking download into your computer with a virus! HELP!
